The Remake of Gem'X, an Amiga game classic, is officially announced for today's mobile platforms.

Music and sound effects are produced in colaboration with Chris Huelsbeck and myself, game is developed by KonTechs Ltd.

Know How 2 HD for Apple iPad was released a couple of weeks ago. I've made the music and sound effects for this game. Get it in the app store!

Giana Sisters DS won the German Computer Game Award in the category "Best Mobile Game"!

Giana Sisters DS was awarded 1st place on the 9th of December 2009 at the German Games Developer Awards in the category "Best Children's Game 2009"!

In other news, Giana Sisters is released as iPhone App on the 9th of February.

New Game Project

I'm very proud to announce a new game that might come as a great surprise to many veteran gamers:

Giana Sisters DS!

Yes you have read it right - The original developers are creating a renewed and modernized second part of Giana Sisters which originated from the Commodore C64 (it was also ported to Amiga 500, Atari ST and other platforms), and is released now for Nintendo DS. I've made all music and sound effects for the game. Release is scheduled for March 2009. More information as soon as it becomes available.

New CD Project

The long awaited album "Jogeir Liljedahl - Out of Silence Vol. 2" has been released! 9 years after the release of The Wanderer (Jogeir's first album), the album's title "Out of Silence" is proverbial. Get more infos here and spread the word. :) I worked on two of the tracks together with my good friend Jogeir, namely "Infinity" and "Bright Ventures" and it was lots of fun! I co-arranged the first track, and the latter one literally is a 50-50 co-op with Jogeir.

Chris Huelsbeck, being a good and long-time friend too and fellow collegue of mine as you might know already, also contributed to one track, "Graveness and Romantics", which features an emotional and soothing melody line. So don't miss it! At the moment the album is released on online platforms (as mp3s you can buy) but it might get a CD release soon. I'll keep you updated!

The Nintendo DS game "THINK Logik Trainer" won the German Developer Award 2007 (casual)! Also, the mobile game Sacred which I've also made music for made it to the 2nd place at the German Developer Awards in 2004.

I'm currenty working on several video game, CD and movie projects which will be revealed soon.

Thanks to everyone who supported me in 2007, it's been a busy and successful year. I'm looking forward to an exciting 2008!

The two movie projects I've been working on for the German film festival Short Cuts Cologne 2007 have been a great success. The two short movies are "Hundert Grad" (100 degrees) and "Schau nicht weg" (Don't look away) as part of the project "Sprache Gegen Gewalt" (Speak against violence), originated by actor Dirk Heinrichs. There are a lot of new projects I've done and still working on, I have listed them on the References page. Among them are numerous projects for the Nintendo DS for Indendent Arts on behalf of Dynamedion, as well as many movie projects, including a full-length feature film. More information soon.

Furthermore, I've done music for Chris Huelsbeck's new album "Number Nine" which should be out after this years GC Games Convention, more details later. Another CD project includes a big title for Sony BMG, to be revealed soon. Watch this space!
